Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BTP Glendora Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

BTP Glendora Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Glendora, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or emergency situations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service agreements, payment is typically due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees.

Property Access

By scheduling our services, you grant BTP Glendora Pool Care and our technicians permission to access your property for the purpose of providing pool services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your pool area and for securing any pets during our scheduled service time.

Liability and Insurance

BTP Glendora Pool Care carries liability insurance for work performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper pool construction, or equipment failure due to age or lack of maintenance. We will notify you of any issues discovered during service that require your attention.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as excessive debris, storms, or equipment malfunction.

Chemicals and Supplies

For weekly service contracts, basic chemicals are typically included in the service fee. Additional chemicals needed for special treatments, such as algae removal or phosphate removers, may incur extra charges. We use high-quality, industry-standard pool chemicals.

Service Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service fees with 30 days written notice. You may cancel your service agreement at any time with 14 days written notice. Any equipment or repairs authorized are subject to separate terms and estimates provided at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

BTP Glendora Pool Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
